Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled QA Technician with experience on Siemens platform to join our renewable energy team. This role focuses on quality reception inspections, pre-inspections, final inspections, boltscope inspections, and torque verifications to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform quality reception inspections for new wind turbine units
Conduct pre-inspections and final inspections during installation and campaign activities
Execute boltscope inspections and accurately document findings
Perform and verify torque checks in line with technical specifications
Complete inspection reports using Windows-based programs
Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and site procedures
Coordinate with Operations and QHSE teams to resolve quality findings
Maintain proper use of PPE, tools, and inspection equipment
Technical & Skill Requirements
Experience in quality inspection within Siemens platform
Proficiency with Windows programs for reporting and documentation
Torque tool training and hands-on experience
Boltscope inspection experience (required)
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Willingness to travel between multiple wind farm sites
Training & Certification Requirements
Job Level: QA / Basic Technician
Boltscope training (mandatory)
Relevant safety and technical training for wind farm operations
