Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse Baylor (LPN), you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ health and comfort. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Monitoring vital signs to ensure residents' well-being.
Assisting residents with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, to maintain their comfort and dignity.
Supporting medical staff by administering medications and performing basic medical tasks.
Keeping accurate and confidential patient records.
Observing residents and reporting changes in health to the medical team.
Communicating procedures and care plans clearly to residents and their families.
Changing dressings and bandages to support proper healing.
