Insulation Foreman – NE Market

Kinzler Construction Services company of Omaha, NE is looking to hire a full-time Insulation Foreman to help launch and grow our insulation division in the Nebraska market. This is a hands-on leadership role-installing, measuring, and training crews-while also supporting the GM, Branch Supervisor, and Project Manager with market development. A Day in the Life

• Work in the field: Install insulation, measure jobs, and ensure crews follow best practices.
• Lead and train crews: Set daily goals, mentor installers, and hold the team accountable for quality and safety.
• Support market growth: Provide feedback to management about field conditions, customer needs, and opportunities to improve.
• Plan and problem-solve: Identify challenges before they become delays and find practical solutions.
• Track jobs and costs: Help monitor labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on budget.
• Ensure safety and compliance: Conduct jobsite checks, model safe work behavior, and enforce company safety standards.
• Build future capacity: Recommend tools, materials, and training needed to strengthen performance and support branch growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction/industry experience preferably in the Insulation Industry
• Knowledge of insulation products, installation methods, building codes, and quality standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and estimate blueprints and computer-based building plans.
• Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
• Above-average computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to operate a company forklift and maintain certification.
• Clean driving record; CDL a plus.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and work on active construction sites.
• Bilingual preferred – not required
