Position Summary
Kinze Manufacturing is seeking a Sr. Marketing Generalist to support integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales support. This role will lead and support marketing campaigns, CRM and reporting initiatives, advertising and public relations efforts, customer research, and digital engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, creative, and experienced using modern marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI tools to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive marketing experience
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms preferred
- Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Strong written communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience using AI tools and marketing technologies preferred
- Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics experience preferred
