Area Supervisor Compensation:
A newly hired Area Supervisor is expected to earn between $50K to $60K in base salary and an additional $20K to $45K in commission incentives annually. Starting base salary compensation depends on prior experience in like or similar industries, number of units supervised, and additional travel allowance allotted. Commission is based on a percentage of the net profit for the region of offices and has no limit to what can be earned!
