The Manager in Training program prepares motivated individuals to become branch managers within our company.
You will work alongside an experienced manager to learn branch operations, customer service, lending practices, and leadership skills.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with loan applications and payments
- Learn branch operations and financial services procedures
- Help manage daily branch activities
- Work with customers to resolve account issues
- Support branch performance goals

Monthly Bonus Incentives
All eligible customer service representatives have the opportunity to earn up to $1300 additional monthly bonuses based on office performance. Offices should expect to earn a minimum of $500 per month in bonus incentives.
