This full-time, in-office role is essential for supporting daily operations, ensuring high productivity, and enabling the team to focus on business growth, design, and field operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day communication with staff and customers via phone, email, and other channels
  • Compiling reports and meeting with leadership
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable (AR) management
  • Scheduling service calls and coordinating appointments on CRM
  • Writing and sending proposals/estimates
  • Vendor payment management and accounts payable support
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, AI, Company Cam, Loom and other software.
  • Additional administrative tasks as needed to support business operations and growth

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant office administration experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software, AI, Company Cam, Loom
  • Excellent soft skills, including customer communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Local to Somerset County area or willing to commute
