What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumbing Sales/Estimator position at Kinsman Construction Inc?
Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Base Salary Commission
Kinsman Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced Estimator and Salesperson in the Golden, Colorado area. The Salesperson and Estimator will analyze blueprints, proposals and necessary documentation to provide estimates for potential clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Determine the work necessary for each bid
- Provide a detailed estimate to the client based on the analysis
- Sell jobs to prospective clients
- Work with plumbers to ensure each job maintains established budget
- Other duties as necessary
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in plumbing sales and estimation.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong understanding of plumbing for service/residential/commercial
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
