SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR FOR RESTAURANTS
We are searching for an entrepreneurially-minded Social Media Coordinator. For this position, we prize technical ability, curiosity, and experience with restaurants.
Previous social media and content creation experience is a must.
Select Job Responsibilities
- Support the social media presences of selected partners, including creation and engagement.
- Promote a “story-first” approach in all that we do.
- Support campaign strategy and develop original, platform-specific content calendars.
- Support creative content: draft copy, design social graphics, style photos/videos, submit shot lists, and coordinate shoot details.
- Schedule content and manage daily engagement across partner platforms, including responding to comments, tags, DMs, geotags, and hashtags.
- Serve partners impeccably, attending partner meetings and presenting marketing briefs alongside the Social Media Leader.
- Trendspot, share updates, analyze trend applications, and integrate timely trends into partner strategies.
- Attend partner events, support live social media coverage, and create engaging social media video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
- Utilize AI software and latest social media features to support copy and content creation.
- Imagine and execute “social moments,” including live feeds, programming, takeovers, and promotions.
- Outline and execute monthly proactive outreach strategies to drive follower growth and community engagement.
- Brainstorm and develop quarterly influencer partnership strategies to support growth and sales.
- Measure, analyze, and report on organic social performance using Detail Reports and Metrics Trackers.
- Interface with team members in other disciplines for strong coordination of integrated marketing campaigns.
