SUMMARY
Transports guests in hotel property vehicles by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Loads, unloads and delivers guest baggage.
· Provides transportation for guests between hotel and airport, attractions or businesses, etc.
· Maintains hotel vehicles, including filling gas tanks, cleaning interior and exterior and driving in a manner not to cause wear and tear. Logs mileage.
· Assists guests with luggage, directions, attraction suggestions, etc.
· Assists front desk by answering phones, delivering guest items (pillow, blankets, rollaways, etc.), and providing guest service support. Provides breaks for front desk as needed.
· Monitors security of hallways and parking lot.
· Picks up and maintains public areas including lobby, business center and pool area including removing room service trays.
KHC POLICIES: Responsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook and property specific guidelines/standards. These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards. Employees must also maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and have a valid driving record and proof of insurability.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
