Role Description The Regional Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Council Bluffs, IA, responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across multiple properties in the region. This role leads and supports property-level sales teams, sets sales targets, and develops strategic plans to increase revenue in corporate, group, and leisure segments. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor activity, reviewing sales reports, and adjusting strategies to maximize occupancy and rate. The Regional Director of Sales will conduct regular property visits, provide coaching and training, collaborate with general managers, and ensure alignment with brand standards and company objectives. The role also involves maintaining key client relationships, participating in local and regional networking, and preparing sales forecasts and performance presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in regional or multi-property hotel sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue and market share.
