Join a dynamic Critical Care Float Pool team working night shifts in various ICU settings, including Neuro-Surgical Trauma, Medical ICU, Coronary Care, Cardiovascular ICU, and MSICU.
- Gain diverse critical care experience and develop competencies in Emergency Department and neuro-progressive care areas.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments, and evaluate patient conditions.
- Assess needs, provide primary and emergency care, and collaborate on patient care plans.
- Qualifications include a nursing diploma or degree, current RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
