Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated CDL-A Driver / Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. This energetic role combines professional commercial driving with hands-on heavy equipment operation across various construction and landscaping projects. Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles including dump trucks, water trucks, and tanker trucks to transport materials to and from job sites.
- Skillfully operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bucket trucks, backhoes, graders, and cranes to assist in construction and landscaping tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Assist with construction site activities including horizontal drilling, paving, grading, and material placement.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, transportation records, and job site activities.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, bucket trucks, grapple trucks, crane and tankers.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Prior construction site experience with familiarity in treecare, landscaping, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to operate Caterpillar (CAT) equipment or similar brands confidently.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation.

Pay: $1,440.00 - $1,600.00 per week
