Office Administrator / Front Office Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run office.
What You’ll Do
As the first impression of Kinney, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and professionally.
Office & Experience
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and team members
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment and shared spaces
Office Operations
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and internal distribution
- Support office organization, filing systems, and document management
Administrative Coordination
- Schedule meetings, set up virtual calls, and assist with calendars
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Support team requests across departments (Accounting, HR, Marketing, Operations)
Systems & Support
- Assist with office technology, phone systems, printers, and basic troubleshooting
- Help maintain administrative processes and improve efficiencies
Community & Culture Support
- Track and support Kinney’s community involvement efforts, including volunteer activities, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Maintain records of community investment and assist with reporting and internal communications
- Coordinate logistics for company events, volunteer opportunities, and community initiatives
- Assist with planning and coordination of company events such as BBQs, team lunches, holiday celebrations, outings, and the annual houseboat trip
- Support efforts that strengthen Kinney’s presence and impact in the communities we serve
Special Projects
- Jump in where needed—this role is key to supporting the entire Kinney team

What You Bring
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal), with excellent written communication skills
- A proactive, “figure-it-out” mindset
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Strong internet research and navigation skills, with the ability to quickly locate and synthesize information
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing requests
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
