Kinley Residential is looking for a Leasing Specialist to work with our onsite team at a new property under management in the Plaza Midwood area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a change or someone who is seeking more responsibility and their next opportunity. • Oversee leasing efforts for a small portfolio of properties
• Tour prospective residents and convert inquiries into signed leases
• Manage applications, screening, and lease paperwork accurately and on time
• Follow up on leads daily and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline
• Support renewals and resident retention alongside the onsite team
• Keep the leasing office, models, and marketing listings show-ready

• One to three years of steady leasing experience (more experience welcome)
• Property Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Strong customer service, follow-up, and closing skills
• Comfortable with property management software and online listing platforms

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
• Weekends as needed if occupancy is below 90%

• Driver's License (Preferred)
