Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally; direct them to appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Answer, screen, and route high-volume incoming phone calls with poise and efficiency.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate conference room reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing client intake forms.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, including light cleaning as needed.
- Assist with special projects or overflow support for attorneys and paralegals.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in line with legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 1 years of customer service or administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment (legal, medical, or corporate).
