We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary​Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-oriented

Salary : $3,800 - $4,200
