We are searching for a hard worker to join our asphalt paving crew. If you love getting hands-on, working outdoors, are not afraid of long days, and enjoy seeing the results of your labor, then get ready—this is the full-time gig you've been waiting for!

Ready for the Action? Here's what you'll be doing:

• Unleashing Your Inner Pro: Operating a variety of hand, power, and heavy-duty pneumatic tools on exciting paving, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Thriving Outdoors: Working in the great outdoors and constructing quality paving projects!
• Teaming Up: Being a key part of our crew, interacting with clients, contractors, and the public. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Getting Fit on the Job: Lifting and moving objects up to 100 lbs and conquering uneven terrain.
• Tech-Savvy Building: Using your smartphone for important job documentation.
  
  

What We Need From a Hard-Hitter Like You

• A proven track record of staying safe on the job site.
• Commitment to see the job through and a desire for excellent results.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn
• 18 , no asphalt experience required – we will train you!
