Position Overview
We are hiring Restaurant Crew Members to support daily operations across:
- Front of House (cashier / customer service)
- Food running and order coordination
- Cleaning and organization
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, speed, and teamwork are critical.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers with professionalism and respect
- Take accurate orders using our POS system
- Answer menu questions confidently
Order Execution
- Package and verify orders (walk-in, phone, online)
- Maintain accuracy under pressure
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain a clean front area at all times
- Restock items (utensils, drinks, containers)
- Follow daily cleaning procedures
Team Support
- Assist team members during busy periods
- Stay proactive—don’t wait to be told what to do
- Follow all company systems and procedures
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Weekend availability required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience is a plus)
