Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years proven experience as a short order cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cooking techniques, food preparation, and knowledge of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; certification is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the demands of a high-volume kitchen.
