The Job Description:

Associate Partner Recruiting - Dialer


Responsibilities

  • Place 150 outbound calls per day to targeted financial advisor prospects.
  • Enter detailed notes on every call in the CRM, ensuring complete and accurate data capture.
  • Convert calls into qualified meetings and log them appropriately in the CRM for tracking.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on interested prospects, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Work closely with the Sales Floor Manager and senior recruiters to refine calling strategies and messaging.
  • Make sure templated communications are sent at appropriate pipeline stages.
  • Represent Kingsview with professionalism and persistence on every interaction.

Performance Metrics

  • Primary performance indicator is qualified (and completed) meetings originated per week. No shows don't count.
  • Minimum expectation of 150 calls logged with notes in the CRM per day.
  • Strong performers can average 3–5 meetings per week, with a baseline target of 2 per week.
  • (Minimum performance standards are outlined below for each compensation tier)
  • Calls are measured not just by volume but by conversion to booked, qualified, completed appointments.

Base Salary Compensation & Performance Requirements

  • Training Ramp Up Period
  • Months 0-6
  • Base Salary (Tier 1): $50,000
  • Performance Standard - 10 Meetings Per Quarter
  • Months 7-12
  • Base Salary (Tier 2): $65,000
  • Performance Standard - 15 Meetings Per Quarter
  • Post Training Period
  • Year 2
  • Base Salary (Tier 3): $80,000
  • Performance Standard - 20 Meetings Per Quarter


Performance Tier Adjustment Clause

If a Partner Recruiting Associate fails to meet the stated quarterly performance standard, the firm reserves the right to adjust the associate’s base salary to a lower compensation tier until performance standards are met and sustained.

Performance Compensation Plan

  • Per Walkthrough Meeting: $300 each
  • Per F2F (Face-to-Face) Meeting: $100 each
  • Per HOV (Home Office Visit): $500 each
  • Per Contract Signed: $500 each

Annual Bonus Trigger

To qualify for the annual performance bonus, a Dialer must average at least 2 qualified meetings per week over the 48 working weeks in the year.

If this threshold is met:

  • Retroactive Meeting Bonus: Earn an additional $200 per Walkthrough meeting, retroactively applied to all meetings set that year.
  • Deal Participation Bonus: Earn 0.25% of T-12 revenue on all deals originated in that same year.

If the 2-meeting weekly average is not met, only the following payouts apply:

  • $300 per meeting
  • One-time F2F, HOV, and Contract bonuses

Work Year

  • 48 total working weeks per year
  • Last two weeks of August and December are automatic paid time off (PTO)

As a member of our advisory recruitment and business development team, you engage over the phone with Financial Advisors that work in corporate bank and regional broker dealer environments to help them understand the benefits of affiliating with an independent fiduciary firm. This is a phone sales job. Using consultative techniques, you’ll determine their goals and educate them on our services. You will be the liaison between a prospective recruit and us - enhancing both the services our new partners can offer their clients, their financial future and our overall growth.
