The Office Paraprofessional Position is located at Kingston Intermediate School in Kingston, MA. Kingston Intermediate School is seeking a long term substitute for a full time paraprofessional to work in a dynamic, team-based work environment.
A successful candidate:
- needs at least a high school degree.
- has good communication skills verbally and in writing.
- is kind, patient and flexible and able to support students and staff as needed.
- will report to the building principal.
The responsibilities include working in the front office greeting visitors and staff, checking them in and out of our system, and some computer skills such as forms, docs, and spreadsheets. The Office Para may also be responsible for supervising students at lunch and recess as needed.
The assignment starts immediately and is anticipated to end at the close of this school year.
Salary is $110 per day.
