Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience using front desk system HotelKey.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently.
- Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests to ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
- Support hotel operations by performing night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within the hospitality industry; hotel/resort experience is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as HotelKey or similar platforms.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
