Job Title: 3rd Grade Teacher
Location: Kingspoint Christian School, Pasco, WA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, faith-filled, 3rd grade Teacher to join our Christ-centered
academic community. The ideal candidate will provide a loving classroom environment,
deliver strong academic instruction, and help students grow spiritually, socially, and
emotionally in alignment with Christian values.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Duties:
o Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (Reading,
Math, Science, Social Studies, Bible).
o Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs and
learning styles.
o Integrate a biblical worldview into daily lessons and classroom culture.
o Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records.
Spiritual Leadership:
o Model Christ-like behavior in speech, actions, and attitude.
o Lead students in prayer, devotionals, and biblical discussions.
o Support students in developing Christian character and a personal
relationship with God.
Classroom Management:
o Foster a safe, respectful, and joyful classroom environment.
o Promote positive behavior using consistent routines and clear
expectations.
o Communicate effectively with parents regarding academic and behavioral
progress.
Professionalism & Collaboration:
o Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school
events.
o Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and share best practices.
o Uphold school policies, mission, and Christian values at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (required)
Valid teaching certification (state or ACSI preferred)
Prior teaching experience (1 years preferred)
Strong understanding of child development and faith-based education
Personal commitment to Jesus Christ and active participation in a local church

Flexible, creative, and able to adapt to the needs of a classroom
