To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re searching for an experienced Inside Sales Representative.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage & organize sales pipeline within Salesforce
- Coordinate sales leads with Regional Sales Managers and Independent Representatives
- Communicate with contractor and architect to clarify project scope
- Verify product compliance with plans/specifications
- Evaluate project and quoting trends to make recommendations for product development
- Determine product acceptability for specific projects before estimating
- Satisfy customer requirements with personalized attention without compromising the Team or Company objectives
- Search and analyze bid posting on web platforms (Dodge, iSqFt, etc.)
- Track job leads from different sources and their validity.
- Analyze bid invites sent direct from customers
- Establish and communicates forecasts, analyzes sales and market trends and pricing.
- Champion the use of Salesforce.com to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop a solid understanding of company products, customer programs, and benefits.
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement and utilize all talent to meet our customers' needs and corporate objectives.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures (company, state, federal, etc.).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree or one year of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong analytical, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and responsibility; commitment to the values of mutual respect, teamwork, diversity, support of fellow employees, and continuous improvement.

- Reports to the Market Development Manager
- Fosters close and cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
