We are seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent for an ultra-luxury condominium in Bay Harbor Islands. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service environments who understand the importance of presentation, discretion, and exceptional service.
This is a white-glove environment where professionalism, communication, and resident experience are top priorities.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain a welcoming and polished front desk/lobby presence
- Monitor visitor access, guest check-ins, deliveries, and vendor entry
- Coordinate with property management, valet, and building staff
- Answer phones, assist residents, and provide concierge-style support
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems
- Respond professionally to resident concerns and incidents
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in luxury condominiums, hotels, front desk, concierge, or hospitality preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience working with high-end clientele is a plus
- Security experience is helpful but not required
Preferred Background
- Luxury residential or five-star hospitality experience
- Concierge or guest services experience
- Military, law enforcement, or hospitality security background (a plus)
