Role Description
Join our team as a full-time, on-site Assembly Technician, where you will be a pivotal part of our operations. In this role, you will specialize in assembling components into finished products, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for shipment or use. Beyond assembly, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skill set through our extensive cross-training program.
What You Will Do
Assembly: Assemble components into finished products according to specifications and quality standards.
Cross-Training Opportunities: Expand your capabilities by learning and participating in other key production operations.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team, sharing responsibilities to maintain a smooth, efficient, and accurate workflow in our production operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
