As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will provide restorative nursing services that will assist the resident in restoring, improving, or maintaining bodily functions to the highest degree practicable. You will work in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, under the direction of supervisors, to ensure the best possible care.

As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will provide restorative nursing services that will assist the resident in restoring, improving, or maintaining bodily functions to the highest degree practicable. You will work in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, under the direction of supervisors, to ensure the best possible care.
Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of certified Restorative Aide training course
- Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state
- Thorough proficiency in the use of Adaptive Equipment (i.e., walkers, canes, slide boards, communication boards, adaptive eating utensils, use of trapeze, reachers, lift equipment, etc.)
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
