Salary Range: $62.34 – $75.85 per hour

Position Overview:
Kings View is seeking a Service Line Director II to provide advanced clinical and operational leadership for assigned service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and operational functions of assigned service lines
- Supervise program and clinical leadership staff
- Manage productivity, staffing models, and resource allocation
- Monitor quality outcomes and compliance
- Lead audits, licensing reviews, and expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s Degree in related field
- Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent)
- Five years progressive leadership experience
- Strong behavioral health operations knowledge
