- Authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, verifying identities and issuing passes as necessary.
- Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by implementing appropriate conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Perform first aid and CPR when needed, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incident reports, and access records for accountability and review.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening when necessary.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention methods.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or conflict management are preferred to enhance emergency response capabilities.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures for maintaining safety in various environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies or conflicts.
