Our Dave's Hot Chicken franchise is seeking Shift Leaders to maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere for our team and guests. In this leadership role, you will manage day-to-day restaurant activities, supervise team members, monitor compliance with safety and operational policies, and delegate tasks.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Certified in all stations per the DHC Training Program
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50–75 lbs
Key Duties:
- Complete the DHC Training Program and train team members
- Implement direction from the Restaurant Management Team
- Communicate training and guidance needs to your supervisor
- Complete required Walks and Q&A checks
- Manage team schedules and attendance
- Assign duties based on role and skill level
- Ensure food preparation adheres to cooking, safety, and sanitary standards
