We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Operations Manager Assistant to support our Service Director with daily operations. This role requires a proactive, problem-solving individual who can effectively assist in coordinating field activities and ensuring smooth operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Director with day-to-day operational tasks
- Coordinate and support field operations and project execution
- Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions in real time
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in exterior building maintenance required
- Knowledge of site work, drainage systems, and asphalt (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in basic office software
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
