Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Ana, CA for a Funder, Doc Drawer, LE CD position. The role involves preparing and reviewing loan documents, including loan estimates (LE) and closing disclosures (CD), to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to finalize loan funding, resolving discrepancies, confirming data accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation and funding. The candidate will play a key role in the lending process by ensuring efficiency and precision in every phase of document preparation and funding workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing loan estimates (LE) and closing disclosures (CD), along with an understanding of related regulatory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of loan funding processes and experience coordinating with underwriters, loan officers, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data verification.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience or knowledge of the mortgage or financial services industry preferred.
