About you
We are looking for a Partnerships Director with a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic digital sponsorships, partnerships, and monetization of our media and IP assets. We want a results-driven sales leader with proven experience in the sports and digital sector, skilled in managing and closing deals with sports sponsors and leveraging sports IP for commercial impact.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close high-value deals with sports sponsors, agencies, and media partners, focusing on digital and online opportunities.
- Lead digital sponsorships, branded content, and online partnerships by leveraging our sports IP.
- Develop long-term relationships with digital advertisers, sports agencies, and online media partners to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with content teams to design digital commercial offers that deliver measurable value for sponsors.
- Monitor market trends in digital sports sponsorship, entertainment, and online media to identify new revenue opportunities.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in digital sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within sports or entertainment.
- Proven track record of closing high-value digital and online deals, driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within sports brands, digital agencies, and media buyers.
- Experience in a digital sports brands, digital sports agency or managing digital media sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and perform in fast-paced and demanding digital environments.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
