Kings Island is seeking skilled Property Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep of park facilities, associate housing, and overall property grounds. This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Kings Island.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry work and facility maintenance, including framing, drywall, trim, flooring, and finishing repairs
- Install, repair, and maintain doors, locks, and related hardware across park facilities and housing
- Troubleshoot and service door systems and locking mechanisms, ensuring proper function and security
- Repair and maintain building structures, fixtures, and interior/exterior components
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections to identify and address issues proactively
- Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with renovations, construction projects, and seasonal park preparation
Qualifications:
- Experience in facility maintenance, carpentry, or a related trade required
- Proficiency in door and door lock maintenance required
- Locksmith experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with door hardware (hinges, closers, panic bars, locksets, etc.)
- Ability to perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall, trim, and finish repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a maintenance environment
- Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
