- Assist with daily operations of associate housing facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and respond to housing-related inquiries.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
- Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
- Plan and support community-building activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
