Daily Tips: Minimum $40 – $100 (depending on daily sales)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Barista / Food Prep Team Member to join our café team.
The number of shifts per week is flexible and can be discussed based on your availability and desired hours. Shifts may include a mix of mornings and afternoons.
*Availability on Sundays is required.
This is a hybrid role that includes both barista and food preparation responsibilities. In addition to preparing espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages, team members will assist in the kitchen with preparing sandwiches, paninis, and other food items.
As a barista, you are one of the faces of our café and will interact directly with guests throughout service. We are looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently, handle multiple orders at once, and maintain a friendly and professional presence even during busy periods.
Team members working closing shifts are also responsible for completing thorough cleaning and closing procedures so the café is clean, organized, sanitized, and fully prepared for the following day.
Prior barista or café experience is strongly preferred, but if you don't have experience, we can train you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages efficiently and consistently
- Prepare sandwiches, paninis, and other food items according to café standards
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy, quality, and speed
- Assist with food preparation and order assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace throughout each shift
- Complete detailed cleaning and closing duties
- Restock and prepare the café for the following day's service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience strongly preferred
- Food handling or kitchen prep experience preferred
- Able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or accuracy

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
