We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented part or full time Stocker to join our team. This role is essential to keeping the store organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
- Maintain backroom organization and inventory accuracy
- Identify low stock, damaged, or expired items and report them
- Support general store operations as needed
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory handling
- Organize and stock products on shelves or storage areas following merchandising standards and safety guidelines
- Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and preparing items for dispatch or storage
- Support retail sales by replenishing produce, grocery items, or other merchandise to ensure product availability
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, product placement, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail sales, or grocery store environments preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification required before or immediately after hiring)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and merchandising tasks
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse team members and customers
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers when needed.
