To Qualify: - Master's or more advanced degree from an accredited institution in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders - Speech-Language Pathologist, PreK-12 Certificate issued by Arizona Department of Education. - Certificate requirements require: A minimum of 250 clinical clock hours supervised by a university or speech-language pathologist, AND exam or ASHA Membership Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
