Patient Access Representative's within our Float Pool team assists various medical offices in the Kingman area on an as needed basis. This integral administrative role plays a crucial part in maintaining the utmost organization and efficiency within our medical offices.
Position Purpose: As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical support and ensuring a seamless patient registration process. This entails verifying benefits, facilitating patient discharges, collecting copays or payments, maintaining accurate account balances, and performing general data entry tasks.
Hours/Shift: Part-time/Days M-F with some weekends possible - up to 19 hours per week. Schedule may vary by assigned clinic.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification:
- BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- AZ DPS Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a customer service position and/or office setting
