Join our team in the OB/GYN medical office as a Patient Access Representative. This integral administrative role plays a crucial part in maintaining the utmost organization and efficiency within our medical office.

Position Purpose: As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical support and ensuring a seamless patient registration process. This entails verifying benefits, facilitating patient discharges, collecting copays or payments, maintaining accurate account balances, and performing general data entry tasks.
Hours/Shift: Full-time/Days - 8:00a - 5:00p M-F

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a customer service position and/or office setting
