- Owns and optimizes the end-to-end provider experience, ensuring seamless access, communication, and coordination across services.
- Builds, tiers, and manages strategic relationships with physicians and referral sources while delivering white-glove service to high-value partners.
- Drives referral growth and retention by strengthening referral pathways and reducing leakage.
- Conducts consistent, in-person outreach with providers and staff to reinforce KHI as the provider of choice.
- Identifies and removes barriers to access, including scheduling and coordination challenges.
- Translates provider feedback and market intelligence into measurable service improvements.
- Leads provider onboarding and engagement to ensure a seamless and high-touch experience.
- Resolves provider concerns proactively and ensure effective service recovery.
- Tracks provider engagement and performance data and report outcomes to leadership.
- Advises leadership on strategy, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.
