Summary/Objective
Works with the special education staff who provide rehabilitative services to students suffering from physical, mental or developmental impairment in performing a variety of clerical services, follow standardized procedures.
Essential Functions

- Responding to all internal and external customers, as it relates to the position, in a prompt, efficient, friendly, and patient manner
- Performs a wide variety of clerical tasks including typing, filing, coding, preparing reports
- May contribute to the special education staff’s evaluation of student abilities through a variety of functional, behavioral and standardized assessments, data collection, checklists, and interviews with family, student, and educational personnel, and education teachers, administrators, and staff
- Maintains knowledge of and adheres to all policies, regulations, and rules
- Performs related duties as assigned in a safe and prudent manner

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
At-Will Notice of Employment does not provide a guarantee of a particular schedule of work or a minimum number of days or hours.
This is a 10-month, 40-hour per week position. This position is eligible for medical benefits. The employee will work 10 hours per day Monday through Thursday during core business hours. Extended work hours to meet deadlines may occasionally be required.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office products
- Experience working with Google Sheets and Docs
- Experience working with special education students

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
