POSITION SUMMARY |Product Analyst – Client Experience & Solutions Emphasis

This multi-faceted role will be initially responsible for delighting our clients by providing exceptional interactions with troubleshooting questions and requests and addressing client-reported issues. The Analyst will have the opportunity to collaborate across the full product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and continuously improved based on real-world usage. The Product Analyst may lead the elicitation and elaboration of requirements for large-scale, enterprise software solutions and partner closely with clients to understand complex, industry-specific challenges and translates those needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.

Over time, this role may own client engagement for production applications, operating as a key driver of the product feedback loop. Through direct client interaction, issue triage, and root cause analysis, the Analyst identifies opportunities to improve the product, enhance user experience, and inform the product roadmap. This position requires strong attention to detail and communication skills, balanced with technical and analytical thinking to bridge business needs and software design.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES | Product Analyst – Client Experience & Solutions

  • Receive, investigate, triage, resolve, and assign all client service requests.
  • Collaborate with business and development teams to escalate client requests that require additional triage, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
  • Coordinate all Client User Acceptability Testing and Production deployment activities, including scheduling, requesting, and receiving approvals as specified in processes and communicating status to the client
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and systemic improvements—not just surface-level fixes
  • Translate client feedback, issues, and usage patterns into actionable product enhancements and well-defined requirements
  • Identify trends across client interactions to proactively recommend improvements to the product and user experience
  • Participate in on-call rotation for critical after-hours client needs
  • Lead client-facing discovery sessions to elicit, clarify, and refine business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Drive the elaboration process, ensuring requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with enterprise solution architecture and project objectives
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand industry-specific problems and define scalable software solutions
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs and support implementation
  • Produce high-quality requirement artifacts, including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop mockups, prototypes, and demos to validate requirements and align on expected outcomes with clients
  • Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and meet a high standard of quality before handoff to development
  • Actively manage requirement reviews, feedback cycles, and formal approvals
  • Validate delivered solutions against defined requirements and support user acceptance activities
  • Own client engagement for production applications, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize, implement, and validate fixes and enhancements with a focus on quality and impact
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients on issue status, resolutions, and upcoming improvements
  • Contribute to product documentation, knowledge base content, and enablement materials to drive client success and adoption

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS | Product Analyst – Client Experience & Solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Critical thinking capability to convert customer needs/concepts into deliverable features that align with available Kingland Platform capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work and time management skills and attention to details
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities
  • Ability to travel to Clear Lake and Ames, Iowa office locations, as well as additional travel as required by business and client needs

LOCATION 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our modern office locations in Ames or Clear Lake, IA or Fort Myers, FL.
