About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Service Coordinator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a professional, fast-moving environment. This role is often the first point of contact for clients, so warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.
You’ll be a key part of keeping the office running smoothly, supporting attorneys and paralegals, coordinating schedules and ensuring clients feel welcome and cared for.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Manage multiple calendars and schedule client appointments
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks
- Maintain client files and assist with document organization
- Enter and update information in internal systems
- Help keep the office organized and running efficiently

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who already has experience working in a professional office setting and is comfortable with the expectations that come with that environment.
- Microsoft Office experience – at least 1 year (required)
- Professional office experience (required)
- Customer service experience – 1 year (preferred)
- Associate degree (preferred)
- Ability to work regular business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings or weekday evenings
- Professional business attire required
Compensation & Benefits
- $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience
