What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism from check-in through check-out.
- Partner closely with providers to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Build trusting relationships by providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Assist in maintaining efficient provider schedules to maximize access for patients.
- Accurately document patient information using electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality.
- Be a key contributor to a positive patient experience and a high-performing clinical team.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Every Other Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Kinghaven Counseling Group has various locations in Greater Houston and Dallas, Texas. The company offers a variety of outpatient services based on individual and or family`s specific needs. Our services are offered on-site with the individual, family, couple, or group at the home, school, office or other location. They are designed to provide each client with a customized program for maximizing his/her potential.
Kinghaven Counseling Group is made up of licensed therapists dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their maximum potential. Each therapist carries a master`s or doctoral degree in counseling or a counseling-related field and has several years of experience. Kinghaven provides a treatment team of specialists to each client served.
Salary : $15 - $16
