What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism from check-in through check-out.
• Partner closely with providers to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and other patient information.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Build trusting relationships by providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Assist in maintaining efficient provider schedules to maximize access for patients.
• Accurately document patient information using electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality.
• Be a key contributor to a positive patient experience and a high-performing clinical team.

What We're Looking For

• Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Every Other Saturday

• 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Our services are offered on-site with the individual, family, couple, or group at the home, school, office or other location. They are designed to provide each client with a customized program for maximizing his/her potential.

Kinghaven Counseling Group is made up of licensed therapists dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their maximum potential. Each therapist carries a master`s or doctoral degree in counseling or a counseling-related field and has several years of experience. Kinghaven provides a treatment team of specialists to each client served.
