Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Rebuilder to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision work and is confident in rebuilding and repairing automatic and manual transmissions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Disassemble, inspect and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions.

· Diagnose transmission issues and recommend appropriate repairs.

· Maintain clean and organized work areas.

· Follow company and manufacturer repair procedures

· Work efficiently to meet production and quality standards

· Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status

Qualifications:

· 5 Years experience as a transmission builder/rebuilder

· Knowledge of using scanners computers

· Knowledgeable with electronics

· Strong knowledge of transmission units and components

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

· Prefer ability to do programming

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Valid driver’s license A MUST

· ASE Certification (preferred but not required)
