Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, contract, hybrid role based in Boone, NC, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this position, the Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and present tailored solutions that align with client needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members on sales campaigns, support client onboarding, and provide ongoing customer service to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business. This role may also involve participating in local events or meetings to represent the company and support business development.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
