ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Kingdom, located in the metro Atlanta area, is one the nation’s leading kitchen and bath design and build firms, and we're seeking a qualified individual for immediate, full-time employment.
From design to manufacturing to installation, we strive to produce a custom, luxury product and service reflective of our company values and high standard of quality. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to add to our Kingdom Team.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist our Project Managers in overseeing entire projects, managing the delivery, installation, touch up, etc. teams from start to finish until you are able to run projects on your own. You'll play a key role in ensuring excellent service and timely execution by taking on responsibilities including:
- Assisting the Project Managers in all aspects of project execution.
- Oversee and manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring that each one is on track and all deliverables are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, homeowners, and the install team, facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns or changes needed in electrical, HVAC, etc.
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise delivery and installation dates to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain and update project schedules daily, ensuring that timelines are met and tasks are completed as planned.
- Ensure that products and services meet the agreed-upon quality standards and drawing specifications.
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs to verify accuracy and identify any issues early on.
- Maintain clear, organized, and comprehensive project documentation within the company’s communication platform.
- Ensure smooth communication between the shop and on-site installers, coordinating tasks and aligning efforts to meet project goals.
- Efficiently allocate labor and resources, ensuring the right team members are available and have the necessary tools and information to complete their assignments.
- Meet with Designers, Builders, and Homeowners on-site to resolve any issues or answer questions as they arise.
- Collaborate with production engineers to troubleshoot and find solutions to field challenges, ensuring minimal delays and disruptions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- While it is ideal for candidates to have knowledge/experience in project management/construction, this is an entry level position and no experience in the industry is required.

The individual who joins our team should expect to scale with our company and be ready to take on larger responsibilities over time with the goal of being promoted to Project Manager. The position will report directly to our owner and Project Managers.
