Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet/furniture Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinetry, with the ability to create high-quality custom cabinets and furniture. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and design specifications. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with other team members to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Duties
- Construct, assemble, and install cabinets and furniture according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.
- Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery, including Planers, Jointers and Table Saw.
- Mill rough sawn lumber and perform glue-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar woodworking role.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various remodeling projects.
